I think the 46 years of chocolate and cookies and doughnuts are finally catching up with me. No, I'm not going on a D-I-E-T, bite your tongue! But I've been having these weird dizzy spells and I think pancreas has given up trying to control my blood sugar. (Yes, Mommie, I'm going to make a doctor's appointment.)

So if you offer me a chocolate chip cookie and I decline, please know that it's my glycemic levels that have gone crazy, not my mind.
